VERY UNHAPPY

I paid for the room for 4/25-4/26 and was told that it was time to get out at 11 am on the 25th because they said since we checked in early in the morning that we were not allowed to stay past 11 am that same day I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE EXTRA THAT I HAD TO Pay TO STAY TILL 11AM ON THE 26TH I paid double

Extremely gross place to stay.

That it had a bed and tv. Also liked the full sized fridge

It was extremely dirty with cockroaches running across the floor. The curtains were almost black from all the dirt stains. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned and was absolutely disgusting.

Nothing...I wouldn't knkw. I got there to check in and the door was padlocked shut.

I couldn't even stay there. The door was padlocked shut. From the outside. No one was at the desk. There wasn't another entrance. I had better not be billed for the stay. It was ridiculous.

Horrible if I ever travel back through Amarillo I’ll be sure not to book with this hotel !

The hotel wasn’t clean and the room had stains on the floor and the sink wasn’t clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the shower had hair in it still. The bedroom didn’t even have soap neither did the front lobby. The hotel also had roaches so it was very clear maintenance and cleanliness wasn’t practiced very well if any at all !

Please for the sake of God go somewhere else.

The staff is friendly just not trained. Like others waited around an hour and had to get the owners to check me in. Per staff owners were out for lunch already 1 1/2 hours before we got there.

Scary the last nite a male was arguing and so angry I woke my husband I was so scared. Bad part of town and the back door was never locked so easy to get in without card key. Bugs everywhere. Ceiling had water damage repaired but was falling down again. No cleaning prouducts in the holders except hand soap. No coffee makers and only an ironing board--really who uses those anymore. The desk chair was so bad the entire cover where u sit was off. Really needs a good cleaning and overall but it will not get it.

Overall it was peaceful and had an awesome bed and great channels!!

Not a great experience, to say the least.

This hotel was not anywhere close to how it was presented online. However, it was late, and I needed to sleep. I went ahead with the reservation, but after reviewing the room, knew I couldn't stay there. There were even bed bugs. I had to leave. I asked for a refund and because I booked through booking.com, the hotel employee said I had to go through them. No refund from them either. I will never stay here nor go through booking.com again.

This place was absolutely disgusting the pictures are completely deceiving all of the curtains had cigarette Burns in them they were cut or torn there were cockroaches everywhere the outlets were broken there were dirty walls everything was just filthy and once more they refused to return my money I didn't even stay there because I refuse to stay somewhere with my children that is roach infested and rat infested no thank you if I could I would put negative 9,000 Stars this property should be removed from booking.

I didn't like anything about this stay the rooms smelt of smoke to top it all off and I was in a non-smoking area. It also looked like there were drug dealing in the back where I had my car parked. No thank you never going to come back. Such a disappointment.

Exceptional

Staff was incredible. I asked what was the earliest I could check in due to me over working myself and was to tired tol drive home and for an extra 20.00 fee I was able to check in way earlier, I got myself a good rest. I would definitely stay there again.

the stay here was disappointing, to say the least, the room was stuffy, the facilities and furniture were very run down

I appreciate that it had a indoor elevator and access to the lobby immediately from rooms.

Very very stressful and I am contacting an attorney about this

Well the whole reason I'm even writing this is because I'm looking for the corporate offices to call the corporate office because when I came in from work today I witnessed the gentleman with an AR-15 rifle threatening another Resident who also was armed with a pistol and I'm upset as hell about it I suffer from PTSD and like my heart rate is through the roof right now that happened like 45 minutes ago

They didn't have the room I booked available. It was full of roaches and the staff was horrible. They come and search your room when you are not there and told me we still owed money even though we were paid up until the first and then put me out

A horrible hotel. With a horrible manager.

The fact that even if you pay and have the receipt they require you to pay more because if not then they will call the cops to kick you out. And the fact that the Indian man who is the manager there is sexist and likes to bully women who are alone but from what I can tell he has little man syndrome so I guess you can't be to mad at the little guy.

It was a very good price it was close to a lot of places the staff was very friendly and it was very close to a lot of shopping stores

It was less than $300 a week that's cheap the rooms were very good size it was nice to have a big refrigerator and a small refrigerator
