staff at the restaurant were very frendly. room was always clean
The first 2 people I encountered gave the impression that they did not want to be there and that I should be honored that they waited on me. when I walked in went to the reception desk the person dealing with me spent 2-3 minutes looking at the computer then walked off and went to another room for a few more minutes no explanation. first waitress had the attitude of being overworked

The front office staff was amazing
No wash cloths in room. Only two towels and no bath mat for shower getting out area. The toilet was gurgling all night. No bags in the trash can. Sheets and bedspread upon arrival were dirty and had hair in them!!! . The bathroom wall by shower appeared to have wallpaper that was peeling off. Staff was out front which we were facing the entrance were very loud around 11:30 pm. Couldn’t sleep well due to this. They were chatting with each other laughing etc VERY LOUD
