The room was large and clean. Lots of restaurants and shops around and it was well located as a stopping point when heading down to the keys. Breakfast was not the best, but at this price point it's to be expected.
The breakfast was waffles and cereal. Not that great and the place was under staffed. However, it was good value.

Location to the Everglades and price.
Basic but expected and paid for that. Upholstered chair and desk chair in room both very grubby.
