Decent location. Right across the parking lot from an Anchor Bar location (home of the original buffalo wing),so I was able to get that off of my bucket list, within the first hour I was there. Lol. Very clean facility, staff was nice (with the exception of one little rude jerk!). Breakfast was pretty good with a pretty good selection of things to choose from. Airport shuttle was clean and punctual each way.
There was confusion at the front desk regarding where the shuttle does and doesn't go. I was able to take the shuttle to the Amtrak station one day(front desk agent LITERALLY called and verified this with someone), the very next day I attempted to do the same thing, and was rudely informed by the agent on duty that day, that we don't do that.

The young man at the desk (Sandy) was an extremely helpful, kind and nice. We had an issue with our car’s audio system, he came out and fixed it in no time at all.
Terrible smell in the bathroom, mold, sewer gas or a dead animal, not sure, but definitely not pleasant.

Close to airport and places to eat
First room was filthy and had never been cleaned. They gave us a different room that was clean but the bed frame squeaks every time you move and the ac was not working
