Friendly staff, decent breakfast, large room, decent facilities

Room was not very clean, it had a bad smoke smell, facilities were not well maintained. Overall hygiene and maintenance was not good

The sofa bed was uncomfortable metal springs

Room was clean. They have a pool and pickle ball court, laundry room.

Housekeeping. I paid for late checkout 2pm. At 11 am, my family and I were at the pool. My other daughter stayed in the room and was sleeping on the sofa bed. Housekeeper walks inside the room and stands beside the sofa bed to tell my daughter she has to leave, it’s 11 am. My daughter told her we have late check out . Housekeeper left and came back 1:46 pm. She said I’m coming to clean. I told her we’re checking out at 2pm. She said it’s already 2pm. I had to tell her no. It’s only 1:46 pm. I felt like we were being kicked out of our room before our due time and entering the room without a guest permission should not be allowed unless deemed emergency
