very clean and professional staff
for an upscale hotel, I was especially disappointed at the water pressure of the shower, it was not a good shower experience esp. after coming back from a hot day in the summer and the water was slow and no pressure. I was shocked for a more expensive hotel that it lacked water pressure quality. One of the towels had stains on it and the cleaning staff forgot to fill the hair products bottles.

Location is great. It is close to almost all the major tourist spots, and it is close to the subway.
I cannot believe the room that I paid for didn't include free wifi. I still need to pay another $16 per day for just the wifi, which is never seen at any hotel. Throughout all the hotels that I have stayed at, they all include free wifi. I brought a laptop with me, and I cannot use it due to the wifi situation. Also, the internet TV wifi speed was really slow; it lagged many times and take a while to load.

It was close to everything we wanted to see. Within walking distance or a short uber drive to almost all of the highlights.
We had an amazing stay, no complaints from us.
