Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We loved the gym and indoor/ outdoor pools. Easy access to the mall and to Salem/ Danvers.
Very comfortable beds. Great view from the window.
We loved the omelettes at breakfast.
Our daughter lost her phone in the hotel room so we had to look everywhere for it...we found lots of dust/ hair/ old tissues. Could have done with a deep clean around the beds and furniture.

The building is in a great location, the overall hotel is nice. Service was ok, nice people. The cards didn't work for the room so we had to go back and wait in line again. People were nice about it but it was a bummer. Then in our room the TV would not turn off with the remote, which they fixed and were great about. The side chair had dirt and stains on the pillow and fabric. The bed itself was comfortable and I appreciate the comforter being so nice. The clear sliding bathroom door is a bummer as it doesn't mask any sound or block light if someone uses the bathroom at night but not a deal-breaker. Overall, I expect more from a Marriott hotel but I know it's tough these days. It wasn't the worst, it was acceptable. I just expected more for the price and the brand.
Improved cleanliness of room fabrics, working technology would be helpful. Less long lines on check-in and wipes in the gym. These are details, again, nice hotel, not a bad place. Just not what I'd expect for their flagship hotel line.
