I liked the hotel. It was clean and beautiful and I will stay there again.

It was clean, welcoming and accommodating.

It did not have a hot tub. It did not include breakfast in the stay. I was looking for a hotel with a pool and breakfast included. I thought it had said breakfast was included when I booked the rooms, for my daughter’s 16th birthday.

Great location for our needs. Very comfortable.

Beds comfortable, spacious rooms, convenient to Lahey Medical. Staff great and accommodating, breakfast was good and our waitress was very pleasant.

Starbucks coffee counter - would have liked if they stayed open a little later, but otherwise no complaints.

The room was filthy dirty socks and underwear were left in the room. Drinking glasses were not clean. The front staff was unable to deal with cash at there convenience store.

Hotel was decent enough, but nothing special.

Location was okay, close enough to Salem. Breakfast was, usual breakfast stuff, but we couldn’t get an adult beverage, even though it stated on website that you could get Bloody Mary and mimosa.

There was a musty smell in the room. There were dirty glasses outside a room down the hall for 2 days.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff

The room smelled terrible, like feces or old people. The toilet leaked all over the floor. We reported it and were moved quickly and efficiently for the second day of our stay. Buffet was limited for the price

This is our second time here would stay whenever we visit area!

Breakfast great! Great oatmeal too! Servers so nice friendly and energetic. Room very comfortable and clean and quiet at night. Front desk staff very nice and pleasant and helpful.

We liked the pool

We had spiders and ants in our bathroom..... also the toilet looked like it was not cleaned from previous guests. I definitely overpaid for a non desirable room.... not happy at all. Could have stayed somewhere else for 280 a night. Looking for some kind of refund.

Overall, nice hotel, especially location.

Location was great. Employees were pleasant.

Only thing that stood out out was no housekeeping on the 2nd day of our stay. Not sure if we missed the time slot but it wasn’t a big deal.

Staff was great! We were satisfied but a hot tub option and a bigger room would have put it in the excellent category.

Wife found it good,myself I didn't eat

Could deffently use a restoration pretty worn out,low water pressure in shower,and hole in the wall at shower attachment and alot of dust behind end stands at wall,needs cleaning

will not be coming back here

Location was easily accessible to the highway. Food was fresh and restaurant style dining.

However Booking failed to mention that Free Breakfast covers only 2 people. So when there is a family of 3 and one of them is an 87 year old elderly, I was very dissatisfied that the Front Desk was less than courteous to give a discount considering I paid for 2 nights and charge me over $600 on top of all the fees, and taxes

Clean facility, friendly staff- disappointed no hot tub as advertised.

Close to Salem, easy to reach off the highway. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

Advertised as having indoor hot tub- photos on website showed one. Appears it was removed at some point so not available.
