Cleanliness should be given a serious priority as this hotel is at a good location

The rooms especially the bedrooms on the headboard and the carpet were very dusty, I developed very bad allergies . We were not advised how many times the rooms would be cleaned neither were we offered with tools to do it ourselves. My experience was very bad, I have developed a very bad cough due to the allergies am currently on antibiotics

I love it .

Receptionist was nice and very helpfull , she provide many info about the transportation and surroundings . Room was amazing ! Clean and very comfortable , we had all we need for a 3 days vacation .Pool - very clean and heated .Pool area- amazing chairs for relaxation . This hotel gives you the impression that you are in a South America resort vacation , the buildings concept and vegetation are different than all other hotels I stayed . Basic breakfast but exactly what we needed to keep us full for half day. The lady at the breakfast station , Alicja , is a wonderfull person .She was helping and assisting everyone ; with a big smile on her face she was welcoming the guests in the breakfast area .Made an impact on us , a good one . Overall ..we will go back next year for more days . 35 min distance from Boston .

Mosquitos - too many and very agressive . Evening time you are eaten alive by mosquitos , no guest was outside even if we wanted to spend some time near the pool or at the garden tables . Was my boyfriend bday , I call the reception lady and she promised that in the room will be a happy bday printed page ..as a surprise .Is not part of her job , but if she promised she should keep her word. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was awful all ultra processed food. One morning the was no coffee, the next morning the was no cream for coffee just powdered stuff. Who can have a decent morning with no coffee? The only thing that we liked was the very nice staff especially the very tall 6’2” black woman who went above and beyond on everything that she could.

Everything was broken. None of the three TV’s worked right and didn’t have all the stations, such as ABC, and it was impossible to tune. They promised internet service, but the network was unsecured! The hot and cold faucets in my bathroom were reversed. Mostly everything was broken so we just stopped telling them and put up with it. The maintenance was really sloppy and subpar.

people smoking cigarettes and cannabis everywhere? smelled like smoke when I went to check in my room. people smoking in inside balconies! people smoking rt outside their doors! also a guy smoking weed rt near the building. i complained last time I was here but I guess they don’t care.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very accommodating.

it was quiet and private and the kitchen was fully set-up.

The back parking area was dark.

Pleasant

Great location near major highways.

Over charged $100 for my stay. Contacted the property and they never responded. I was able to work with booking.com to refund the overcharge. It had snowed prior to arrival and parking lot was still very icy. Lots of animal owners at this property.

Great hardworking staff - but corporate may need to review what needs repair/replace soon

The staff - all hardworking and courteous architectural design is great breakfast had many healthy choices and was well presented

Furniture had a lot of wear and tear couch and desk chair stained and had white hairs Bed was clean and linens were very clean Bath was clean and kitchen hand soap when opened smelled terrible and had what looked like mold on it but it was a sealed package so no way the cleaners would have known it metal lamps had rust on the base bar chairs in the unit high top had couple holes The unit had an odd smell to it could have been just the 1 unit outside signage could be easier to read at night since the buildings are spread out

Nice place to stay a few days.

Room was wide and had kitchen sets though I did not use. The maid did not orgainze the room everyday. Maybe because of covid19 staff shortage. It was not a big problem for 2 night stay. Breakfast was good.

Room cleaning service was not done everyday. It could be inconvient for some guests. The breakfast menu was not refilled soon. On 2nd breakfast, the eggs and fried potato were not served when I entered breakfast room.

Room was spacious and clean

Neither TV worked. I had to walk a long distance and up stairs to get to my room. The landscaping was terrible. Plants were overgrown or dying. Exterior needed repair. I could see holes where animals were digging. When I reported the TV problem, I was told I could jiggle the wire or bang itbon the side.
