beds very comfy, we enjoyed the space of the suite Free breakfast was good, plenty of room in lobby to eat
We had three rooms booked via Booking.com and when we arrived they only had us down for 2 rooms. There was no apology, place fully booked and no resolutions presented. Also no manager on at time to address issue. Booking.com unaware of issues and still had the reservation listed as 3 rooms. Not want we wanted to hear after traveling 11 hrs to reach our hotel

Convenient location, nice breakfast included, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.
Only one suggestion. We were in an accessible room. Upon entry the shade on the large picture window was only 2/3 down. We could not figure out how to close it. We asked the staff and surprisingly it works by a remote switch which was located way over at the door entrance.
Instructions should be left and/or a sign to inform folks or the switch should be nearby the window itself.

It was clean, claning ladues were very nice. The breakast was right on time and it was good. The older staff and the ladies were very nice. The hotel its location is super good. So many restaurants and shops near.
The night staff was not helpfull. We were awake till 4am because one of the dryers did not work. The wifi did not work at all. The first night at the hotel the curtain did not go down. And the night artending was like. I can't come see there is nothing I can do.
