Are room was clean ,comfortable , and had great staff and the golf courses are beautiful.

Beautifully maintained and many wonderful amenities.
There are no elevators and we were second floor. Being self catering that’s a lot of heavy cooler bag things we had to carry up and down. Also the 2 room villa was a strange set up. One key’ed entrance with a shared entry and then 2 more keyed doors. I would hate to stay there w another party in the other room. It’s very dangerous - you’re locked in a private entry hall w the other room.

The room was nice as were the facilities and location
Except for check-in, the interactions with staff were poor. There was not maid service even though staff said we would get light maid service twice during our stay. The refrigerator was very loud and we had to pull the plug at night so we could sleep. The coffee maker leaked. The toilet flapper did not work. We ran out of soap in the shower but since there was no maid service it did not get filled. The information brochure for the property was vague - ie. will be get maid service, or do we have to pay $40 or more for maid service. And after all that, they asked us to remove trash and linens and clean up the room before we left! Seemed like the focus of check-in support staff was on upselling.
