The customer service representative was not friendly, and kept asking if I have pets. When I told her multiple times that we did not. She was very rude and kept calling me “mam” and was raising her voice because I told her I did not have the credit card with me only on my phone. I asked about the points and about maybe adding another night. But she was rude and I didn’t feel like staying another night, anymore.
It was under construction in the bottom which is okay. But the workout room was not working, and it was pricey for the quality and rude customer service.
