I like how close it was to the airport and downtown. It was in a quiet area near a Waffle House which is always my go to!

Rika at the front desk gave amazing customer service. We felt welcome by her. She also went the extra mile to find a roll away bed after we requested it at check in.
The breakfast food was good and convenient for my family.
I didn’t like that the phone and outlets near the bedside didn’t work. Despite me telling several staff members, it never was fixed during my stay. This was inconvenient considering that this is supposed to be a basic necessity that comes with the room.
The bathroom sink had a leaked that caused the floor
to always be wet. We requested room service for cleaning on our second day and the only thing that was cleaned were the beds being made and the trash emptied. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.
