As other reviewers have said the service and personnel were of the highest standard. Welcoming, friendly, but not intrusive, extremely accommodating to special requests. Such exceptional hospitality service is becoming rare, but this property is a model of guest services.
The food was excellent whether it was a snack or a full meal.
Beautiful spa and many places to hang out and relax quietly. The room was very quiet. Beds were comfortable.
When we checked out we notified the front desk that the tub/shower drain was emptying very slowly and there was standing water. Not a real problem during our stay, but wanted to inform them.

De overheerlijke sushi in de bar en de fantastische gym.
Het feit dat je voor extra faciliteiten moet betalen en er totaal niet op een klacht via het portaal van booking.com gereageerd wordt. Dit is erg slecht voor een hotel van dit kaliber. Als ik van te voren geweten had dat we 2 x USD 60,- (per dag) voor het gebruik van faciliteiten die we niet eens wilden gaan gebruiken moest betalen, had ik dit hotel nooit geboekt

good location and view over the beach. Nice patio for breakfast and sushi.
no basic amenities in the room such as glasses & microwave. No bathtub
