Super clean facility, rooms are very spacious. Also sraff is really great here, doing a fantastic job! We were a family of 4 and felt here really great

The lobby was welcoming and faced the bay. Spa water was readily available and replenished often.

Our biggest disappointment was the upkeep (or lack thereof) of the pool area. Towels and dirty plates/cups were never picked up. Poolside service was not available while we were there at 4pm. The pool itself was cloudy and bottom needed serious cleaning. Probably the worst pool I’ve seen at a Marriott brand. When we mentioned our concerns to the front desk, we just got an apology and a confirmation that they’ll send someone to clean it. Very impersonal. Not that we expected it, but an offer of a complimentary drink or appetizer for the lack of poolside service would have shown true customer service and satisfaction. Also, the sofa bed was broken.
