Location
Valet was too expensive. They are doing the most by having the valet experience thru text but when I texted to retrieve my car I waited downstairs and the person working had no idea I called for my car. I should not have to find you to retrieve my car. Yet you get a text immediately to add a tip and when you do they charge you to leave a tip. WTH is up with that. Upon checkin I asked if the incidental charge can go towards the valet upon checkout and they said yes. Why did I end up with a separate charge for the valet and an over charge of $180 for my room. Which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. They have a garage right next door which does not have in and out privileges which is stupid. I would much rather park my own car. I will most likely stay at the spring hill suites next time.

It was a quick and easy transaction
I asked for things through the Bonvoy app that were never responded to. Digital key and an extra blanket.
There were some lights that didn’t work and the tv was cracked on the screen overall it appeared the room hasn’t been regularly inspected
