Courtyard Los Angeles Century City/Beverly Hills

Excellent customer service! The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. We unexpectedly needed an extra room, and he made the process easy and stress-free. We can’t thank him enough for his outstanding service!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it was adequate. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast experience by offering a warmer and more welcoming customer service. A friendly attitude can make a big difference for guests starting their day.

Location was perfect for our event.

The reception checking in was just not the best. But the men at valet were very friendly and i appreciate how pleasant they were in helping us !!

Buttons attached to AC/heating unit didn't work. I attempted to call the front desk, but the room phone did not work. I was in the middle of preparing to attend a family wedding and had to take out my rollers to walk down to the front desk to inform them my ac unit did not work. On my way down the hall, I attempted to ask housekeeping if she could contact someone yo fix my a/c. She kindly shook her head and said she did not understand me. At the front desk, the clerk said they were updating phones to the cloud, but my room "wasn't on the list for the update," so she didn't know why my phone wasn't working. Apparently, there is a breakdown in communication. Her solution? She said I could call the property from my cell phone, but did not give me that number.I had to ask her to write down the number. She mentioned that there is another access thermostat on the wall in another area of my room. I asked the location, and she said, "it's on the wall either on the left side or the right side after the bathroom." I stated that the bellman did not point this out when he brought up my bags. This should be part of his job to point these things out. On my first morning, I was awakened at 6 am by the alarm clock that went off next to my bed. I'm assuming the prior guest needed to awaken that early. But I didn't. Lastly, I noticed my toilet was not functioning properly. It was flushing slowly and not completely. I called the front desk and was told someone would be up within 20 minutes. When no one came, I called the front desk again and said I needed to take a shower. She suggested I call back after I took my shower, and then he would come fix the toilet. I was not happy with that response, but fortunately, as we were still talking, the engineer knocked on my door, I let him in, and he fixed the flushing issue. He was very nice and did a good job. One, maybe two issues with my room would be okay.
