Dopo aver prenotato e pagato la stanza con ampio anticipo (un paio di settimane circa)arrivo in hotel e dopo un quarto d’ora di attesa in coda ad altri mi sento dire che non ci sono camere libere ! Mi viene poi chiesto se sono membro Marriot Bonvoy , rispondo di sì ma la receptionist dopo qualche farfugliamento che non ho capito mi dice che devo andare nell’albergo sull’altro lato della strada, un Hyatt ma che devo aspettare e mi viene consigliato di andare al bar a prendere un drink; io che venivo da un viaggio in totale di quasi 20 ore ho declinato l’invito e ho chiesto di sbrigarsi a darmi una camera per la quale, ripeto, avevo già pagato! Comunque dal cambio penso di averci guadagnato ma non è un problema quello; il fatto è che è vergognoso che dei professionisti non sappiano delle semplici regole di comportamento etico: ben sapendo che io sarei andato lì nessuno si è premurato di organizzare la soluzione e farmela trovare pronta già al mio arrivo

I was pretty disappointed in my stay and would not recommend or return.

it was centrally located

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. the shower had hair all over it and in general the room was dirty, the breakfast was lackluster, the room I booked on booking.com was not reflected in where I was placed. I booked a queen suite with a city view and was placed in a room that overlooked a dirty courtyard with buildings surrounding us. couldn’t see any sky.

The rooms, staff, and breakfast were great. We just didn’t like the crime and homeless people all around the hotel.

Great place to stay for extended period of time, it felt like home.

Great location with breakfast available every day. Clean and comfortable.

Parking was a little pricey, maid service optional so we had to ask for towels, soap, garbage bags for our week long stay.

This hotel was the whole package-perfect location, nice staff and a big clean room

Location was close to everything we had planned. Staff was friendly and attentive Room was spacious

Key entry from the parking garage was broken and I couldn’t get back in the hotel-I had to walk to another level and walk down stairs to the ground floor and then back around to the front lobby-with my luggage. Front desk personnel were great when I stopped to tell them about the problem-I heard one of them say “I better run up there right now and check and see what the problem is”

The hotel has a good location.

we didnt know that the breakfast was include and that was a grear surprise. There was a lot things to take.

Good breakfast but we were really disappointed there wasn’t a pool

It was nice and big with two bathrooms

The dishwasher was completely unusable as it was zip tied shut

Decent hotel, disappointing service

Clean and comfortable, decent breakfast and good strong coffee

Check in was supposed to be at 4 PM. We arrived at 4:15 and were put "on a wait list", along with many others who were stranded in the lobby. We were told "10-15 minutes". An hour later, I asked again when our room would be ready, and we were finally given one. We had tickets to a concert at Mile High at 5:45 (and most other hotel guests likely did too), but because of this delay, we missed the first hour of the show. I realize it was a busy weekend for Denver hotels, but that's no excuse for disrespecting your guests' time, esp since hotels charged a premium because of the event

Overall nice stay.

The rooms are nice and have kitchen to cook your food. It's wide to accommodate a family of 4. Breakfast is great.

The bathroom soaps/shampoos, ...etc could be better. This area has expensive parking. 'Don't recommend renting a car or driving your cars. 'Used Uber/Lift the whole time. You have to walk from grocery stores or be delivered by ex. instacart. If you are looking for fish to cook in your room, not enough stores to buy. Tours and Car rentals are expensive. Bus systems are great. You have to walk about a block to about three to nearest bus or train stops.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly and the room was beautiful and updated with a fully equipped kitchen.

The breakfast could have a few more options but was adequate for me. I would have liked to see a waffle maker.

The room has everything I wanted for a hotel

Location, Cleanliness, Amenities in the room. I’m really impressed that there’s a kitchenette in the room, great for ordering food to your room. They also have many tables in the room, something I wish every hotel room should have.
