Location was good.
I think you need to be more upfront and honest about the water park condition. Photos show the slides but nothing is stated that the main slide is gone. That was disappointing to our children.

The beach was equipped with chairs, lounges and a firepit. Walking distance to Mackinac Island Ferry.
King Suite was huge with a King and 3 Queen beds. Great family destination also included a Waterpark with slides and a lazy river.

The water area, dog friendly, affordable, rooms were clean.
The musty moldy smell in the main areas, the pool area didn’t seem so clean.
