They put us out with no warning Staff was disrespectful Staff was asking me was I over 21 after I showed her my id aft

Overall great stay. Not sure if I will choose to stay there again being that it was so expensive.

The room was spacious.

We had no extra blankets or sheets for the pull out couch. Thankfully I had extra blankets in the car for the kids from traveling. The room was a bit out dated and pricey.

I was attending a training session and the location was perfect. The staff was very helpful. When the shuttle didn’t pick me up they sent car service. Although I generally prefer a hotel the full kitchen amenities would have been great if I was staying longer and was traveling with my friends or family.

I wasn’t able to connect with free WiFi for the duration of the time I was there and missed a couple of online meetings. I hadn’t stayed at Residence Inn before so didn’t know that I would be in a little bungalow away from the main building and having to walk outside to get to my room was not great especially at night.

Great location, with subpar cleaniness.

Location was great! Close to downtown where the festivities were.

Cleanliness. The room didn’t have a clean smell. The cot was nasty. It had hair all over it. The first night the staff was great. Upon checking out not so great.

Probably won’t be staying in this hotel again.

Breakfast was good, staff in the lobby was super nice. Location was convenient for traveling back and forth.

The whole time we were there, no house keeping came AT ALL. We even went to the front desk and asked for them to come, after our 5 day stay, no one ever came to clean or being us clean sheets nor towels, we had to go to the lobby and get clean towels and sheets other wise they wouldn’t have came and they didn’t. So unless your okay with having to ask for clean sheets a dirty room for a week then by all means stay here.

I would definitely stay again!

After reading other reviews, I was concerned about what my experience would be like. However, I had a great experience, one very different from what I read. I loved the full kitchens. Quiet location. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Quick and cheap Uber ride to downtown! I felt safe with key access only to the parking area for guests.

There were no linens for the couch bed in the room.

Love the style of the hotel and how much space.

Things in the room, like furniture, tv need to be updated. Also shower could be better.

Disappointing

The staff never came to clean my room after I asked for it and then called three times. They brought me towels and never cleaned my room. The reason was because the cleaning staff was too busy.

no power so we could not stay at this location. they said we should get a full refund. we had to find another hotel for the night and most were taken by the time we arrived at 5pm. when we did it was twice the price of this option so we only stayed in Nashville one night.

lack of power and they had no phone service so we had to find our alternative option.

Overall, it was an ok experience the location was close to everything that's what I loved the most.

Breakfast was on point.

The room would not stay at a steady temp. Also, the covers had stain one of them.
