Probably won’t be back.

Overall staff was friendly, and bed was comfy.

Pillows suck. Bar prices suck. Got a lemon martini and was charged 2 different prices for it, $16 total FOR A SMALL MARTINI. If I would’ve known I was going to be charged for “overnight parking,” like duh I have to park there, I’m literally sleeping there. I would have NEVER booked. That’s nothing but a scam for more money. Maybe expand your parking lot as well because it was FULL and I had to wait for parking after returning for the day.

It wasn’t a total loss, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Property was ok, bathroom was small. Elevators were fast. Liked the pre check in and virtual key.

Breakfast, it wasn’t like any embassy suites we’ve stayed at before. Breakfast staff seemed to hate their job. Food was lackluster, we had to put our room number down like inmates. food was limited. Very odd experience. It wasn’t a total loss but I wouldn’t stay again.

Not going back

The location was pretty great. Close enough to Broadway. The check in staff was great.

Out room was never cleaned. We had to repeatedly request towels. There was 2 of us so 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths daily was what we needed. There were no cups for coffee in our room. We went down to request and was told they would.let housekeeping know. They were never recieved. When calling the front desk and/or housekeeping from our room it was always busy. The elevators on our side worked most of the time. Just made for a bad and uncomfortable trip.

the breakfast was good, room was clean

the hidden fees at check out was nearly $200......what the crap? I booked the room and the total for 2 night stay was 450.....I check out and its a shock to see all the taxes and fees...This needs to be in the total when booking the room.

Not wonderful.

Cocktail hour

No blankets for the pull out bed so we froze both nights. Called and asked and went to front desk. We’re told the hotel was out. Bathroom was disgusting when we arrived. I paid to have the beds for myself and my friend and we had to suffer because of lack of bedding. Breakfast area was also freezing so food for cold fast.

Disappointing. Worst embassy suites I've stayed at.

Wasn't as clean as you'd expect for the price. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had at an embassy suites. The A/C didn't work very well.

I had a great time with my family

Some of the beds mattress is outdated & bathroom shower needs to be updated. You can tell it's an older Embassy Suites hotel compared to the one I stayed in Murfreesboro Tn. & Huntsville Alabama.

I think the meet & greet should be longer & better appetizers. Also the restaurant the prices are too high for the little portions of food & high prices on alcoholic beverages.

I will stay there again it was worth it.

The pool went to only 4ft I had kids with me for my daughter’s birthday and I’m just glad they were able to move around the pool without me having to worry about it being so deep. Customer service was great they had a great breakfast. Happy hour was great free drinks I loved that. It was just a very good vibe.

Good for food.

Excellent breakfast. Many choices and food was great.

Needed to be cleaned better. Hallway carpets didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed in a long time. Our room was like a sauna. VERY humid - carpets were damp and water pooled in the inside of windows.

House keeping coming in my room when my do not disturb sign was on the door. And the small refrigerator. I also didn’t like the fact that the pool was cold and there was no towels in there on several occasions. Oh last but not least the 14 dollars a day for parking

The young lady that checked me in was great

There were no blankets available for the beds. The pull out bed had no pillows. When we called down for them there were none available. We called down for trash bags and never received them. Staff was short when asked for things that were needed for our room.

The property offered a great selection of complementary breakfasts, there was also happy hours with live music. It was just a great experience as far as hotels that I’ve seen in a while.

One of the best stays at Embassy Suites.

Clean facility, professional and courteous staff, lobby breakfast is very well managed, the arrangement for free cocktails in the evening are one of the best seen in any Embassy Suites we've ever stayed in. Overall 5 stars for our experience.

Elevators were under maintenance during our stay so that caused a bit of inconvenience waiting long for it to come, heard someone remained stuck inside of it for long, but hope this is temporary only and management is doing their best to fix.

I spent nearly $400 for two rooms and standards were way below expectations for an Embassy Suites

happy hour & breakfast

1. bathtub faucet dripped constantly... maintenance had to be called to repair 2. TV cable kept cutting out...very annoying 3. Internet service dropped several times, again, very annoying 4. bed sheets had crusty specs on them... disgusting 5. I was never notified about the add'l $14 parking charge until I saw my folio Overall, not happy with this stay and may cancel my 06/12 reservation and rebook at the Wingate
