Good location and nice rooms with smart bed setup, but lacking in customer service and hospitality.

I like the location, and the trundle bed under the couch.

The customer service was awkward and we had to come to the office to get enough towels for our whole group (booked 5 but only 3 towels). Also, there were lots of “rules” about room cleaning and house keeping. I can’t remember them all, but it was enough for them to give you a little printout when you stayed. Also, their “service fee” paid for us to use the pool and have continental breakfast?? It was just weirdly separated from the room fee, when literally every single hotel I have stayed at before just had this wrapped into the price, or just charge you morning of. Just charge people for breakfast or don’t…Plus, we paid this service fee, but couldn’t get the continental breakfast because we left too early in the morning. This would have been fine, but in the morning they let the pilots who were staying there (and up early) get the breakfast and no one else.

Felt pampered and safe!

Beautiful and safe. Great location. Somehow this was the nicest AND the least expensive hotel I saw on Booking. It was an excellent choice for my trip, though I wish my trip could have been longer so I could have enjoyed the hotel more. And the bed was SO comfy!! Loved all the lighting and cooling in the room, and having a mini convenience shop was extremely useful.

The hot water in the shower ran out quickly and was left just kind of warm. Otherwise everything was great.

Amazing hotel, wish we stayed longer!

The pool, the hot breakfast, the secure entry, the parking was close, and the room was spacious! We booked a 2 bed suite w pull out bed and enjoyed it!

The pull out mattress was kinda thin, but we just used the couch cushions. Very comfy then.

Overall, our stay was great

It was clean and open. One of our favorite discoveries was the two tvs. We never had that before and it was very useful even though we were there overnight.

I didn’t like that the pool was not cleaned and looked cloudy.

I would highly recommend

The property was in a great location not to far from airport, and downtown. It was very clean the only issue I had was a weird smell by the ice machine on my floor however once they was made aware the issue was addressed. The gym was clean as well as the pool. The pool is indoors so it was weather friendly and huge. If ever I’m in Nashville I will stay again.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel it was very nice and well kept.

Literally a joke

People at front desk were nice

Literally I walked in to my room. Seemed clean. Walked into the bathroom and there was someone’s long hairs all over the bathroom and used towels in the tub. Fire alarm went off early in the morning. I also purchased an Uber eats meal. I went to pick it up and staff had grabbed my Uber eats and thrown it in the trash. I then had the employee awkwardly pick it up out of the trash and hand it back to me.

We had a nice and pleasant stay!

Nice and quiet location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. There were 2 ladies named Ashley who went above and beyond.

Ok in an emergency.

Location

Require $100 damage deposit. They actually take the money. The TV didn't work, shower gel was out, noisy heater. On top of that, the room key was keyed wrong, so I had to go all the way to reception to have it re-keyed.

The area is really nice.

Sofa in room was dirty. Towels were dirty also. Service was slow and people were hanging out, outside all night. Didn’t feel safe

Great stay, extraordinarily quiet.

Very comfortable and the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The elevator was under construction so there was some waiting, but understandable. No other issues.

We had a nice stay.

The room was smartly designed. I could work at the desk while my husband slept. Breakfast was decent. The fitness facility was well-equipped. I appreciated that the kitchenette had its own sink.

The bed was a little hard. The quality of the toiletries were blah.

Okay but not great

Room overall was clean, bed was comfortable. Front desk, Brenda was very nice.

Property is very "used". Elevators are dirty and hallways are banged up. Room overall was clean, bed was comfortable. Large spot on sheet where it appeared to be melted but seemed clean. Pulling into hotel there was a car that appeared abandoned under carport, not a good look for first impressions. Overall staff and hotel appear to be worn down.

I would stay here again!!!

The room was very clean and the bed was amazing!! The large shower was an added bonus for the stay!!!

One elevator was broken so only one elevator for 6 floors of guests. Wait times were a little longer than expected and cleaning staff also had to use the only elevator available. I would think that a nice hotel like this would have a service elevator to make things easier for the staff. Other than that - the stay was amazing!!!

Overall a good experience, but I’ll probably try another hotel on our next visit to Nashville.

Convenient location, room layouts perfect for my family. Weekend breakfast was great! It truly depended on which staff were working. That made a HUGE difference!!

Not the cleanest. My husband had to clean the drain to get water to go down in the tub. tv didn’t work right and we had to reset the system ourselves, at the direction of staff. A few staff were VERY friendly and great. The others, you could tell didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to help guests. It was an inconvenience when we came down for breakfast a half hour before it ended and I asked for coffee and cream cheese. The attendant was NOT happy to have to go get it from the next room.
