Horrible stay.

The pool was closed early, for cleaning. This kind of ruined my time here since we(my child, partner, and self) had finally gotten a chance to swim. My child was so happy to go swimming and she was all dressed and excited, just for it to be closed. Takela, the check in lady, was VERY rude. The app(booking.com) said that i could pay later, and took the money as soon as i booked the stay. This whole trip was horrible from the beginning. I love booking.com, but this was crazy this time.

Not worth the money. Comfort inn would of been better.

The free breakfast

The room was dirty. My 2 year old found a previous guests thyroid pill and ate half of it. The toilet wasn't clean, the tub had someone else's hair, 2 towels for 6 guests, the full kitchen was a portable cooktop you had to request. So could only cook one thing at a time. The window shade had holes. The lamp had stains. The carpet was dirty. The silverware was dirty. The couch had stains and the pull out bed sheets where ripped. Does not represent normal Hilton hotels at all. Was quoted $1,282 got there it was $1810 at check in. After complaining and getting 3 nights reduced still paid close to $1,200 could of rented a condo for this price

Good stay for one night stop.

Easy check in, friendly staff, good breakfast, although, I wish there were more/ different pastries. Lots of savory options but not a lot of sweet options for breakfast.very quiet area, not noise problems.

Everything about the hotel was great however our bathroom was still very dirty. There was hair in the shower and stains in the toilet bowl. Also, one of the beds in the room was slightly tilted, almost like one side was broken or sinking which made you feel like you were sleeping on a slope. Also, I understand that it was hot outside but the room was set at 66 degrees and took forever to warm up

Restful and comfortable stay

Convenient location, spacious room to accommodate our family of 6, good selection of hot and cold breakfast, security on site patrolling the parking lot

Fan in bathroom didn’t work, some outlets in the room didn’t work either

Everything but the staff. Front Desk clerk was rude and hateful to not only me but my employee upon check in.

Superb

Location was good

Me and friend brought our families to Nashville for the weekend. We booked at the exact same time and when we checked out his bill was $70 less than mine and they had no explanation as to why. We booked the exact same room at the exact same time. I’ve called several times and no one will help me

Not as great as it used to be.

We loved the location and being able to have extra space since we stayed for 8 days. It’s easy to get to where we needed to go. Close to some of our favorite restaurants to visit when we were in town. The staff was helpful in combining our 2 reservations when we had to come a day early.

Our bathroom was not very clean. Begins the toilet was nasty. The shower had black mildew/ possible mold. Even when they came in mid week during our stay, the arras were not cleaned. Also when there is a reservation for 8 days it would be great to make sure there is enough coffee for your stay. Also, a few extra towels would have been great instead of having to bug the staff at the front desk everyday for coffee and then extra towels.

Great location, great staff, great amenities!

Great location, close to everything without being in the heart of chaos! The staff were kind and made sure we had all accommodations.

I did have a negative on the property, I’d stay here again.

Good for a quick trip, just need a few maintenance items taken care of

I liked the indoor pool option, the breakfast lay out, and the convenience of the location to the highway.

The room bathroom door did not shut, the couch had stains, the lack of television channel options,some of the staff was not super friendly, and the hot water didn’t stay hot very long…

I leave the hotel 2 days before so I don't have anything good

The kitchen is not equipped as it says in the advertisement, the cleaning is not adequate and i repeatedly asked for 3 days for the room to be cleaned I was told there is no workers available, there is no separation in rooms for people with animals I unfortunately did not see it and my husband who is very allergic has now both swollen eyes so we had to leave two days before to come home

Exhausted but oh so proud of our TLETA graduate

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and funny. The pillows & bed were so comfortable. There were separate thermostats for the bedroom and living room. The best water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Great breakfast even in the last hour of service. Very clean. We were able to get a room just a few doors down from our family, even though we checked in the day after them.
