A quiet location. The guests were not noisy. Could not walk outside the property as there are no sidewalks.

Overall my stay was great and pleasant

Great services, great location

Booking through booking gave me pure hell. My room was not even paid for and the price was different at the location then on booking. Do not book through here.

Horrible. We only stayed bc we had to. We had a family emergency, but we will never stay here again if we can help it.

There was a black car outside our room with the windows up and passenger window was broken (it had plastic taped to it) and heavy marijuana smell coming from it. We couldn’t even use your laundry facilities bc of how sketchy the place was. Men drinking beer outside our other room in the 300’s building. Loud music. Power went out twice. There were ants in our room.

There was no breakfast so to speak there was coffee and juice and some grab and go breakfast snacks muffins and granola bars

It's not that we didn't like anything it's just that it was only standards nothing special no perks not a very exciting breakfast and the desk people were just kind of blah

NEVER stay here!! Price is ridiculous and not a comfortable place to stay.

Our flight got in about 2 a.m. The reason I picked Extended Stay was because it was a 24/7 check in. We arrived about 2:30 a.m. All the lights were out and when I called the lady said she couldn’t help me because the computers were down while she did an audit. When I asked when they would be up, she couldn’t tell me. Finally got checked in at 4:30 a.m.!!! Ridiculous!!!!!! Should have gotten a refund for all the hassle. The bathroom sink was clogged and come to find out, the door didn’t even lock from the outside. It was dirty with lots of spider webs and it stunk.

Nasty.. The picture was just a few of the ants. All over table nightstand in our beds.

I have sent messages to you twice without response. Our room was full of ants. We got this room for the kitchen..bought food for the kitchen and candy to take home. Only to have ants infest the entire thing. Had to replace the food. Actually bought big bombs and set them off in our room to help control the ants and spiders. Caulking pulling off from walls Walls have stains of who knows what running down them. Would not stay again.

we were put on the 2nd floor even though we asked for a 1st floor. we had heavy bags.

the room and the bed were fine. liked the kitchen

receptionist WAS NOT THERE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES lied when i returned from looking for her, she said she WAS there. i went into the back office and bathroom and to the back door fearing she may have been hurt. she was NOT there. when i returned from looking around outside she was there and claimed she had been there all night. then she double charged me for the rooms stating she did not see a charge from booking.com even though i showed her my account. booking.com has not answered my emails! a horrible experience...just horrible!

It was close to the airport.

My room key didn't work when I got back to my room at 11:00pm. Apparently, there is no front desk staffing at night. It was freezing and I had to wander around until I found the phone you have to use to call the staff. It rang for over a minute before someone answered. Then it took a while for him to get me a new key. I was shivering uncontrollably the whole time, and he made me stand outside in the cold while he made a new key. There were also no cups to drink water out of. The room was old and gross, with stains everywhere. I slept on top of the covers, despite how cold I was. Will definitely not be returning here next time I'm in town.

It was just ok

It wasn't very clean, breakfast wasn't the greatest also neighbors were loud slamming doors etc. Was told there was a jacuzzi tub which was untrue and staff was not friendly.

Employees need to be trained better.

Nice sized room. Very clean. Quiet.

Could not get a clerk for over 15 minutes. Went to look for someone. Couldn't not find anyone. Used the emergency phone outside and was told she had never left the office....(She wasn't aware that I had walked all the way to the back of the office, past the bathroom and the supply room thinking she may have been hurt and saw no one) Then she charged me for a room II had already paid for on Booking.com. because she said she didn't see it on her site.

there was No Coffee pot or utensils or pots I’ve never stayed anywhere where you didn’t have a coffee pot in the room especially when we got a room with a kitchen

Didn’t stay

When we arrived to check in there was no desk clerk to be found. Waited over an hour and no one showed up. Ended up waiting with approximately 15-20 other people and we finally decided to call metro police to do a well being check. In the end we had to find another hotel. Not happy at all.
