Air works

Disgusting upon the entrance. Carpet in hallway and rooms was dirty and smelling.. it was loud, dogs barking all night, music playing and doors slamming. I WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN!!!

This room was not worth $138.99. It wasn’t even worth half of it. I stayed at better Motel 6s

Terrible room, in a hallway that was uncarpeted and under maintenance, the recliner was broken, the tub had crud on it, and it drained very slowly. Toilet seat was loose.

Just don’t.

The price and location. That’s it.

Staff was rude, had to wait for the guy at the desk to come in from smoking to check us in. hotel was dirty, 5th floor didn’t have carpet in half the hallway, 2nd night got in late after being at a band competition all day and once we got to the room in the slow elevator the key card didn’t work, went back down, the guy at the front desk had to rescan my card and said that it happens all the time. The doors outside the hotel didn’t have a place for you to scan your room key to get in so had to walk all the way around the hotel. Breakfast is a no.

It wasn’t nothing to write home about.. no need for pictures.

It was awful at first glance..an second an third for that matter.. the room it self wasn’t as bad as the elevator in the hallways in the lobby… but once I got in my room, I was OK… I guess they aren’t worried about appearances.

It was close to the airport

It was dirty. Air conditioning did not work in guest dining area and lobby making it extremely uncomfortable to eat. The pool was not working. There were leaks coming from the ceiling in the lobby that had a bucket under it. Upon departure, no staff was at desk and were no where to be found. We waited 30min and finally left without assistance.

The offer breakfast but it only consists on sausage biscuits, nothing else. No fruit, cereal, bread or eggs. Not vegetarian friendly.

There was a bed and air conditioning

Place is actively being renovated, with ladders and extension cords in the lobby and half of the hallway on my floor didn't have carpet. There was no food at the Breakfast bar, just coffee and juice.

It was not worth the price

it was close to my destination.

It was under construction and there was a deposit that I was not aware of until I reached the property. Also there were roaches crawling around the food area. The lobby was also very hot.

NEVER STAY HERE. Worst service and they try to scam you with extra fees.

NOTHING! Worst hotel stay ever. No hot water and manager refused to offer a discount. breakfast was disgusting food looked like it was undercooked eggs runny sausage looked microwaved and not cooked in skillet. exit door locks broken and no renter to building without having to walk all the way around building back to front door told doors were locked and key cards not working for my security. only 1 elevator working. ice machine on first floor broken and had to go to 5th floor. They tried to double charge for dogs even though policy was right on the front desk written out. tried to charge unexpected $100 cash deposit that they didn’t disclose in booking.

there was $100.00 put on my Visa without my knowledge. I am still waiting for the credit to show up on my statement. I ask for a receipt at checkout and was told because I booked through a third party they couldn’t give me one. if I had have received one I would have known about this $100.00.

For the price , the property was a good deal. Friendly staff, clean room, and good proximity to Nashville culture.

The property was clean and safe. Although in need of updates, the room was comfortable.
