This was definitely one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. The room was very clean and spacious overall. The breakfast that was included was also very tasty and checking in and out was efficient.

It was clean, had plenty of parking. The breakfast was very good and the pool was open until 11pm.
i booked a patio room and at first, they tried to put me on an upper floor. I also didn’t realize breakfast was included, as they did not tell me that and it wasn’t listed in my reservation. In fairness it was a bit crazy as there were a lot of people there checking in and out, plus i had gotten an early check in because i was going to a concert, and the gates for the concert opened at what would have been the normal check in time, and the front desk clerk seemed a little flustered.

Close to BTS concert at Gillette. Great woods shuttle comes here
Bathroom could be cleaner. Front staff didn’t give proper instructions for where room is & ended up lugging my things all over the building. There are 2 sides of building that don’t connect

Convenient to Gillette, comfortable bed, nice size room
We were told when we got to the hotel that we could not Checkin prior to 4pm because our rooms “were not cleaned yet” we arrived at 3:15pm. Another guest arrived at 2:45pm and didn’t pay for early check in and checked in no problem. This was frustrating. We checked in after seeing a show and going out for dinner after and arrived to a dirty bathroom. It was late at night so didn’t bother to call get a room change. There was hair on the bathroom floor and it was sticky. Gross. Also there were two different bath towels, one was plush hotel quality and the other looked like it was so old and thin. I took pictures. For over $300/night it is not unreasonable to be able to have a clean bathroom with hotel quality bath towels. This was terrible
