I stayed at this hotel specifically to attend the musical theatre in the adjoining Marriott Theatre which I did the same 2 years ago. Can't get any better than this combination! Staff are wonderful!

It’s a pretty area.
The hotel is large and has a comfortable vibe.
The common areas - such as lobby breakfast and snack access, pool, especially fire pit were VERY very dirty. There was broken glass and it needed to be swept and cleaned urgently. Very unsafe and uninviting. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned for days. Breakfast coffee cups were stained and many had lipstick on them that hadnt washed off. Use the paper cups!!!!
The pillow and beds were way too soft. I did not sleep well.
Confusion about the back breakfast, which we paid for.. and the male server with the spiked dark hair in back - was very rude.

I didn't like that I paid for my hotel stay through the booking.com website and my credit card was also charged for the hotel stay a second time by the hotel manager.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel.
The fixtures in the room we’re all very dusty and the down feather pillows were very uncomfortable, but that’s kind of a mean thing.
