There was a small issue with the microwave in the room and someone was there to fix it within hours! Pleasant staff and very responsive
The side door was not properly locked at times. Had to pull it shut a few times

The room size for the 2 bedroom we had was perfect for the 5 of us. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the common area was big enough that we didn't have any traffic jams. Also, they are remodeling so the walls and flooring were new.
The breakfast area was to small and the offerings were very limited. I also had food handling concerns. The 2 person breakfast team consisted of the person working the front desk, so if you had questions or needed assistance there was no one to help you. There were 3 tvs in our room. 1 of them worked fine, the signal kept going out of another and 1 didn't work at all.
