Walked in the door to check in, met Diane, she was most helpful and awesome. Brought us towels, explained the airport shuttle and extended parking, very friendly and knowledgeable. Every hotel needs a Diane.
Some of the maintenance "fixes" in the room were a little suspect. Like they use caulk for a lot of bathroom fixes and it's not pretty. Trim that is poorly cut and installed. Hot tub in the pool area was covered with plywood. Wood fencing outside needs sprucing up. Back of the property looks a little dirty.
Nothing super serious but makes the place look a little overpriced.
