Was not equal to my past Marriot experiences

Location, front desk person

room needed to be updated (paint, rugs, bathroom, furniture etc.) room wasn't cleaned after first night room needed more lighting

Love the the rooms, the beds the pool the whole area and close to restaurants

Easy trip for family, just needs better cleaning staff and service

Location and staff. The location was perfect with quick access to I90 with different ins and outs to the facility.

Our room had black hair on the ceilings in the bathroom, around the toilet was dirty, the AC Vents were full of dust and god only knows what else. Missing light in the fixture where the fridge is located. Dust everywhere.

Easy to reserve. Holly checked us in. Both ladies at the front desk were exceptionally nice and welcoming, they talked and joked with us. They were fantastic !

Room 405 has blood soaked into one of the mattresses and there was blood on the comforter. It was disgusting. The room has 2 queens and we were tired from driving all day so we slept in the clean bed.

shouldn’t have had to pay as much as we did for poor customer service

it was in a great location, facility was clean

didn’t have blankets for the sofa sleeper. when asked the service desk for some they could only provide sheets.

Location was close to my son's place and to Highway. Staff was nice, quiet room

After my stay at the Rochester/Penfield location my expectations were high. The room here did not come close to meeting them. A little dirty, ac smelled musty, food left in fridge from previous guests, tv didn't work (had to unplug it to turn it off), bathroom was embarrassing. This is what I would expect from a Motel 6 or Days Inn, not Mariott Courtyard.

Disappointing

Room was not clean. Black mold on shower curtain, dark carpeting was damp and left dirt on socks, room A/C ran, but did not remove humidity. Light bulbs burned out and very scratchy linens. Won't go back.

The location close to I-90 worked well for us. We deeply appreciated the hot tub (and pool).

Staff mistakenly walked into our room to deliver a feather pillow that we did not request. Also, the phone rang in the middle of the night, disturbing our sleep.
