The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and our room was clean.
We booked our room through booking.com and it said they had restaurant style breakfast for $10. Not so. It was restaurant style, made to order, however for scrambled eggs, home style potatoes and 2 pieces of bacon, sourdough toast & coffee for my husband and I was $38 & change. It was good (eggs got cold quickly) but not worth that. For those that like Starbucks coffee, they did have that.
Didn't have 24 hour coffee available. Just complimentary water!
We had trouble with our lock on the door to our room. Once we got in the room, we had trouble getting back out. The mechanism would stick. We reported it to the main desk and they said it was fixed but it wasn't. Room 211.
The only other thing about our stay was we had someone in the room next to us that was up until about 2:30 a.m. playing games on the TV or console and the noise was so loud it woke me up and kept me awake.
Room had no microwave but did have a small refrigerator behind a cabinet door. Was disappointed in overall stay.
Staff was friendly and helped as they could.

Although the King Suite was large and comfortable, the facility was built in a square with a very large center courtyard.
This meant a lot of walking to get from the front desk to your room if it was on the opposite end of the building.
Also the 3 story hotel only had one elevator which meant if the elevator were to break, which it did, then there is no elevator at all. So had to lug a lot of belongings down 2 floors. Horrible design of a building. Would NOT stay here again.
One elevator for one.
