The noise put a damper on our stay. It would have been rated much higher if not for the noisy air conditioning

The location was great

The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud. Had to turn the volume up on the tv as well as sleeping with the noise was uncomfortable

the layout of the room. the room was nice.

the staff. the female manager that was working on the 2nd of December, 2022 at 1:30pm. she was extremely judgmental & rude. the maintenance man walked into our room without us allowing it while I was sleeping.

Great value

The room was very clean upon check in. Spacious suite with two bedrooms , two bathrooms , a living room with a sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs and a full kitchen. The staff are very friendly and polite. The pool was big and super clean. The breakfast was yummy with lots of varieties. Would definitely stay here again

The room was amazing! We had plenty of space for the family. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was very spacious.

The pull out couch did not have bedding. They could possibly be stored in the room.

It was very relaxing.

The location was close to where we needed to be. The breakfast was very good. We ate more than expected. Everything aspect was wonderful. We loved the walk-in shower.

Space is rundown and overpriced. It is in a greta location and with a little TLC could be excellent.

Staff was generally pleasant and accommodating. Pool was clean and open late. Location was great. Buffet breakfast (while expensive) was nice.

Included breakfast was only a small pastry and piece of fruit, hardly worth paying extra for. It was only available after 7am and we had to leave before that time so it was useless to us. AC went out on our last day and no attempt was made to remedy the situation. No AC in Florida in June is simply unreasonable.

Superb

The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a $20 charge on my account after checking out with no explanation what the charge was for or even any notice that I was being charged!

just what we needed

Our family was just taking a much needed quick trip to the zoo. We were very pleased with our stay. We were treated very well, the facility was nice.

if I had one complaint it would absolutely be, we were told you would be serving a buffet style breakfast which was perfect for our stay. It was not buffet style, and what was there was truly not fit to eat. if I could have changed anything it would have definitely been that. again I get these have changed since Covid but the packaged food was truly not fit to eat.

Great room & stay. having the pool would be a plus

I booked the stay for pool use but once I arrived I was told the pool wasn’t available. total bummer

Everything was excellent.

The staff is very pleasant. The lady in the kitchen is extremely friendly and we remember her from last time.

I felt very sorry for the kids not having a pool to swim in.

The most horrible stay ever!

I did not like anything about the property! the room was dirty their was left over trash from previous customers! the bed was very uncomfortable, the air did not work, their was no breakfast as the website stated, and our room smell like smoke 😡! This was the worse place ever!
