It was conveniently located in a safe and vibrant area. The room was smallish but comfortable. I liked the double desk areas, and the breakfast was plentiful.
I don’t think there is a working elevator.

Good breakfast. Clean. Seems updated. Lots of modern outlets in room. There was a balloon in the lobby at the desk and I commented that I loved balloons and they have it to me. Staff seems friendly and though it's a chain, it seems family fun and cared for. Nice place to stay. Pretty decor. Roses outside.
Not enough fresh fruit for breakfast.

The location was easy to get in and out of.
The attendant at the front desk was not very attentive and a bit rude. There was an issue with the elevator and she didn’t offer to assist in any way. I had to call back because we forgot our light blue Beats headphones on top of the microwave (charging) and when I called she didn’t check with anyone to see that they had been located. She just said nothing had been found. Nothing was mentioned about breakfast. Lastly, I was double charged for the pet fee. I will be calling tomorrow morning about that issue. Very disappointed with the rest so despite the location we would not use this location again.
