The easy way of getting room key and secure parking
It was hard when you finally check out you use the key to open exit gate but you have to reach back to put the key in a drop box before you exit very hard to do they should put it right in front of the key pad much better

Good staff. Well maintained facilities.
We didn’t get the room we booked via booking.com - as a family of 4 we were squeezed into a smaller room and it poorly impacted our whole trip. It was an issue between the hotel and booking.com, both blamed each other, and we ultimately paid the price. To be fair the on duty manager did his best to support us, even though he couldn’t provide the room we needed.
