I liked the accommodations.
Our room was across from a bank of air conditioners which were in the hotel laundry facilities. It was very noisy. Also, staff tried to assist us in finding a cart for our luggage, since our room was one of the farthest rooms from the elevator. No carts were found, even though Rachel and housekeeping staff searched the entire hotel. The carts were in hotel guests froom, apparently. Perhaps keeping a emergency cart on hand behind the scenes for elderly or disabled to use would be a good idea. Only staff could use this cart and keep it for such uses.
