Probably won’t pick this hotel again.

The room was clean. It had enough towels, soap, cups, etc.

The reception was unfriendly. Nothing was explained to me. The property charged an unexpected room deposit for incidentals, which exceeded my credit card limit. I had to use my bank card, and the receptionist didn’t know how to use a separate card for the charge. A manager came over to help with the transaction. Afterwards, the receptionist gave me the room cards and told me to park on the other side of the building. No mention of an onsite restaurant ( which I understood there was one) or WI-FI password. She seemed to resent that I needed to use a separate card. Not friendly or helpful whatsoever. Maybe she was having a bad day. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable either. Bed was hard, pillows were flat even though there were two of them.

My room was nice and clean and the check in was super fast

It had a little smell and the elevator was to far away from the check in desk

Front desk was excellent, Booking.com was a big problem

I booked through "booking.com" Despite the fact that I had a confirmation number, when I arrived the Marriott had no record of my reservation. It took 30 minutes before I could get a room.

Could have offered a bit more in the tiny fruit cup.

Didn’t quite understand the dinner portion so I ordered Uber eats. It would have been nice to have it explained in a note or on the TV.

No stay, too disgusting

We arrived at 10 pm in the room, the sheets were dirty, a lot of hair in it ! We went to the reception and asked for a new room or clean sheets. The receptionist gave us the key of an upper level room. That was the same, woman’s hair and other suspicious black hair were laying in it. Disgusting! They never wash the sheets or what? Both rooms were dirty, how is that even possible? We took back our stuff and packed the car, heading to another hotel around there. Before leaving, we asked for a full refund. The lady said yes, but since then we didn’t received any refund on our credit card. I hope it’ll be resolved by the end of the month, otherwise I’m gonna have to call them back to have my refund and they won’t like it !!!

needed more wash cloths & towels in the room. did not like that housekeeping clean your too EVERYDAY! The pillows were too soft. didn’t really sleep well because pillows were too soft. also was not fond of the bistro breakfast food
