I like the staff that are very helpful.Especially to someone like me who is disabled.And you may feel like a human being and not like just some poor customer.They were very prquestion mark.They're exactly what you would want record

Only thing I didn't like is how they didn't have a laundry service or a facility

Quick & Easy, Great stay for being in downtown San Diego

I liked the pricing and convenience of location, only five minutes away from where I was scheduled to work.

The parking was a little tight but doable. I'm sure it was an older location but otherwise your location worked for me.

I would not return to this hotel again.

Very little

Elevator did not work; hallways and outside areas were dirty and dark; entrance into office was difficult with roller luggage; location was terrible for finding a place to eat; lighting in room was spotty with few handy electrical plugs for electronics. Very low no star grade hotel

My first room was filthy my second room had a flood shoes got damage toilet didn't flush

Comfortable room in good location.

No breakfast even though the room was booked on this site with breakfast. They said they had notified Booking.com but listing had not changed.

It did the job

Was able to book a room last-minute after our other reservation fell through. Staff was friendly.

The pillow hurt my neck and back so badly that I had to skip a workout class.

I like the location and I loved the woman who greeted and checked me in.

I didn't like having to pay $20 for parking and I don't like the fact that I'm still waiting for the deposit to be put back on my card.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and nice. The parking was adequate and safe.

They did not offer breakfast, as advertised, but they did comp our parking to make up for it. This area is too noisy. We heard sirens, the metro, airplanes flying because we were close to the airport, dogs barking and the guests upstairs had no regard for making noise and stepping hard. We tried calling the front desk from the phone in the room and then from our cell phone to let them know, but no one picked up.

How close it was to many shops and restaurants.

Neighbors who had no problem slamming doors and being abnoxious at all hours of the day and night. Also they should notify us that parking is an additional charge before arriving as most hotel parking is included.

Ok, if you are in desperate need.

Location was good.

Knowing the INN is a moderate looking motel, I did not expect to have that kind of room. The ventilator of the bathroom screamed as there was a squirrel inside it, experiencing a very long and painful death, the telephone from year 1996 was so dirty, that even if I would have wanted to call the reception for something, I would have rather walked. And to pay 466,82$ PER NIGHT was physically painful. OK place to land, if you are drunk, half blind and like to sleep in the cold, as there was no proper blanket, just a fleece and a flat sheet. If you have any kind of standards, would not recommend.

The staff where plesent and friendly

The place had an odour. The sliding did not lock and had a botched repair job. Mold behind the draw and bed on the wall. Toilet cistern kept running and making a loud noise. Bath had a dirty ring from a mat. A coffee machine with no coffee pods. Bed had a sheet with stains on Generally a really run down place, I was disappointed in myself for not reading the other comments before we stayed. The staff were really nice, and helpful with directions.
