The location and amenities.
We were told our room was non-smoking yet it smelled like an ashtray and the bed was uncomfortable. My back hurt for a week afterward.

Location was decent ...that was about it
Front desk very rude . Have stayed at many Marriott properties in the past but this has to be the worst.
Booked king room with sofa bed -
I paid for breakfast for two and told me were only entitled to one breakfast
Overall very poor
I have stayed in properties all over the world - this was not good
