The location is perfect to UCF, easy drive into school and many restaurant options in walking distance. Room is comfortable. Hotel is newer so facilities are cleaner. Price for our stay was decent.
We have now stayed at multiple hotels in the UCF area and found this one to be the least welcoming. Although price was decent for stay it does not include breakfast and the commissary and restaurant pricing is much too high. Parking during UCF move in was ridiculous, people were parked all over the place. Hallways smelled like weed at all times of day and you can hear every noise outside - we had a group of screaming drunks outside our room at 2am. The "pull out bed" is an absolute joke. Also, some genius shoved an entire package of half eaten chicken wings INSIDE the ice machine and those stayed there for a solid 24 hours before the hotel cleaned it up.
