The location is wonderful. Excellent proximity to UCF, ample parking and comfortable, spacious rooms.
Great water pressure. Functional (if somewhat noisy) air conditioning. Upgraded bathrooms and clearly renovated bedrooms. Comfortable mattress and good bedding. Good value for money, overall. The area by UCF (within a radius of 1.5-2 miles) has plenty of restaurant options.
Hotel interior seems very outdated and out moded.
Breakfast is offered directly in the lobby, gets very crowded. Did not look very appetizing.

The room looked nice and the hotel is close to UCF, which was our main destination. I'm glad ice cold water and coffee were available at all times. The waffles and turkey sausage were good.
There was a roach on the wall above the bathroom tub and the tub floor had a lot of caulking. The bed was too soft for my husband. The eggs were rubbery.
