The room was clean spacious and organized they have a microwave which most hotels don’t have in rooms anymore. Also had a nice size fridge with freezer. They also have full body mirror in bathroom which some hotels don’t have at all. The bedroom and living area were very spacious and somewhat had a separation wall. Tv was nice and big. was beyond expectations !
The pull out bed wasn’t comfy at all but with some extra cushion it will be fine.

Breakfast is always good and the one at this location did not disappoint. The shower wand did not function properly and was not repaired the next day. Evening host was friendly, helpful and very professional.

The ladies that work during the day time are friendly and helpful. The proximity to the city, while still being outside of the high-traffic areas, makes it good for people who don't want to deal with crowds when returning to the hotel.
The night crew, the heavy set man in particular, was very rude to guests.
Both elevators stopped working so it was necessary to take the stairs.
A family was celebrating a birthday on the night we stayed so they had a large group of people show up and take over one side of the parking lot and they were being loud into the night.
