Location, well designed
Got a room on 9th floor next to elevator. I was hearing it all night when moving. Had trouble getting asleep.

Helpful receptionist
The room we were given 328 was the noisiest I had ever experienced. It was like having a jet engine at full bore outside the window. Luckily there was a room available at the front which we changed to.
