RESIDENCE INN was all about the breakfast for the vast majority of guests, we stayed three nights and on the second one we learnt that room cleaning and tiding was done every other day..... Then when the time came on the third day, the room was not done either. Complaint was presented. Only fresh towels were provided on request.
The room had two bedrooms with a bathroom in each room. The righthand side room had a leak propping up from the floor tiles coming from the "dischage" of the toilet. The problem was mot fixed during our stay and also a room change was not offered/granted.
Marriott later on offered when writing about this mishap, 10,000 Marriot Bonvoy points that we welcome but do not know when or how we will have a chance of using.
