Very unhappy we spent so much money to stay here.

Location

The AC did not work properly. The bathroom ceiling leaks from the shower above. Staff did not care when informed of the problems.

Otherwize despite the shortcomings, I would stay there again, for sure!

The room was clean and spacious. Across the street from the ferry to Nantucket and excellent restaurants that accept Groupon too! Our friends stayed at the Hilton/Doubletree This place was nice and half price, but location, location!

There was a hole in the mattress, my wife complained to me! The first of three nights; someone shut off the heat to my room! I already had the starting of a cold and this experience didn't make it any better. We couldn't park in front of the room because there was a depression. of a drain pipe and cones to keep me away. The place was 80%. empty, but they gave me this room anyway in the way back corner of the complex; I would have preferred a spot closer to the front which is better lighted!

It did the job we wanted.

Size of room, best shower of our whole trip to New England. Very convenient for town, harbour, train, coach and roads out of town. Had iron and board in room.

No coffee facility in room, either machine or microwave to heat water.

Decent location in the town, clean, decent sized room - basically a fairly average motel

This property was short walk to everywhere we needed to be (including the bus station). We had a very enjoyable stay. Th

the location was great. The building is old but had some updates.

It could use more updating and attention to details. the blanket in our room had a cigarette burn or moth hole in it. It smelled clean though.

Great time in hyannis ma ❤️

Close to all the shops restaurant s and bus and train station. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.

They could have had a small couch to sit on.

Dirty!!!

It was dirty ,carpet filthy,bath tub dirty ,feces on the electric outlets bed lights did not work, bathroom tile ,carpet was torn and worn suite59 2nd room king room52 did not have a shower head. I would not recommend.
