Nice place, great staff, miscommunication from Booking.com to the hotel, causing me to pay twice.

The hotel staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

I am VERY upset that I prepaid for my reservation on July 31st, but that payment was not forwarded to the hotel, so I had to REPAY a larger amount upon arrival. Even though the hotel Assistant Manager went out of her way to try to resolve the issue, I am STILL waiting for the refund of my (larger) duplicate payment, and have now been told it could take up to 5 business days, even though it was submitted on Saturday August 5, the same day it was charged. I prepaid to AVOID any such issue.

Very good

Breakfast was great and located in a convenient spot.

The layout of the bathroom in the room was little strange. Also the pool could have used a good cleaning.

Not worth the money

Size of the room

Upon check in the lock on the door was missing and had to wait a day for it to be fixed, mattresses were very uncomfortable. My 11 year old couldn’t even use the sofa sleeper it was so bad so we had to go buy an air mattress. The room was not very clean, I was able to clean the bathroom door and get stains off. The website said there two sofa couches and thankfully I called the day before and found out there was only one. The free breakfast was decent but not very tasty. Overall I would never stay there again. For $500 a night I expected more.

Met expectations. Good place to stay as an alternative to downtown Asbury park.

The breakfast breakfast was fine.

I would like there to have been recycling in the room and a breakfast.

Hotel overpriced and needs work

Breakfast fair. Location ok

Shower sprayed on ceiling, blinds torn, towel rack falling off wall, inadequate seating in living area, charges made to credit card with no explanation and when I called hotel they did not answer and mailbox full so at 5am went to front desk to see what was going on.

Not great at all.

The location was good. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was terrible. I was told there would be hot breakfast and a buffet style breakfast (I asked before I booked the room) and in the morning they told me ”oh my staff made a mistake we stop doing that months ago” Pool was freezing and not heated. I was told they will fix that in a few months when they renovate but was never told before I booked.

Outdated Low Standard

I like how it was a suite, kids got their own bedroom, plus pull out couch and dishwasher

they confirm they had a crib but turns out they didn’t, the shower in queen bedroom was broken, found a roach in the dishwasher, breakfast ended at 9, should at least be 10.

We used to like this hotel, but it's aging and hasn't been well maintained. Probably our last stay

We like the location since it's near our family members we are visiting. The fact that it's right near a Walgreens and the Walmart is helpful too, for instances when we needed to get something we forgot. Staff was very attentative and helpful.

We were in room 120 on the first floor, great location but ... * No box spring, just a mattress on plywood, very low to floor, hard to get up from. Scraped leg on metal bed frame * Mirror was peeling off the bathroom glass * Toilet paper holder was coming off the wall * Shower rod coming off the wall * Dried gum stuck to end table * Room cards from previous tenants were left in the room, caused some confusion with grabbing the wrong set of cards * Both bedroom lamps only had one lightbulb * Tub spigot drips. Won't close all the way when you pull the rod to switch it to shower mode. Also, none of the staff were wearing masks, not that that's required by NJ state law but it would have been a nice gesture. Better to be 'too safe'.

location was good for what I needed.

I wasn’t impressed for the price. housekeepers knocked on the door multiple times asking when I was leaving. couch was dirty looking. piece of tile missing in the bathroom.

I booked my reservation way in advance. So I feel I was given a room that was left over.

Only had eggs.waa hoping for the bacon as advertised.

My room was on the first floor. When I walked in the carpet was wet and the smell was very musty. The kitchen Part of the floor was very slippery and sticky.

I had to keep asking for towels in not enough face towels. The air was not good in bedroom.
