Rochester Airport Marriott

The location is perfect, especially if you were flying out of Rochester and which I did. It is within 10 minutes of the airport so that makes it more than convenient.

I really can’t think of anything better as my main goal was to fly out. The staff was magnificent and made my stay more than comfortable. I would like to commend Amanda, the front desk manager, especially in her arranging my travel to the airport. Vivian the housekeeping manager she really knows how to guide her staff and they did a marvelous job. Also, I would like to mention the young man Delaney, who helped me with my luggage and was extremely courteous and helpful. The other young man was Kevin who works in maintenance and he did his job so quickly. I was amazed because he had to change over from the heat pump to the regular system because I had no heat the first night I was there. But he took care of the job the next morning. On my departure, there was another young lady by the name of Amanda. I believe she was to help me with the luggage. But there was another young man and I didn’t have his name, but he helped me twice and was extremely helpful with the heavy suitcases that I burden him with. As I said, the young lady Amanda, she was very nice and we chatted for a while before I left for the airport.

Very poor service. Empty. No staff! Dinner was better. Not the hotel to eat at.

Include continental breakfast

Excellent

I liked everything

It was centrally located

The rooms were a little run down. There was peeling paint on the doors and the toilet bowl was to low.
