It was great to have the Bistro in the hotel since there is nothing really close to be able to eat. Breakfast was great dinner options were good.

Super convenient location to the hospital. A very clean and comfortable room overall.
The check in process was ridiculously slow. We arrived fairly late and there was one person checking guests in. There was one person in front of us. We waited over 20 minutes for it to be our turn and the poor person behind us waited that long again just for us to get checked in! I have no idea why it was such a slow process?? The other issue is that our room wasn’t made up during our stay. We mentioned it at check out and we were told that it wasn’t done for a two night stay. So, I guess you only get coffee for your first morning and get to reuse your wet towels on day two? I feel like for the cost ($700 for two nights) we should expect that we will have coffee, dry towels and empty trash cans.

The location. The staff were professional and polite.
1. We had to pay $24.00 to park in the hotel parking lot. That wasn't included in the cost of the room. 2. A hot tub was listed in the amenities and it had been removed and replaced with a patio. 3. The sheets were thin. 4. Some of the patio furniture was sticky with sap from a tree, so much so that we could not sit in the chairs. 5. Our room was over the delivery area and we heard delivery trucks and beeping beginning at 4:00 in the morning.
