Never again

Relatively quiet except staff congregating at outside supply area Relatively clean except shaving hairs on soap dish

*staff had zero knowledge of how to check in guests as mistakes were made including shortened check out stay and double charges *each shift had one person working the front desk who were each new and confused. *no manager works on the weekend nor did a local manager or corporate GM return calls to me or to help the clerk even after 48hrs *outside buildings are most unimpressive and need maintenance *way too expensive for what turned out to be a 2.5 star hotel *zero compensation for inconvenience *this is the 2nd residence inn I've stayed in, thinking the second couldn't be as bad as the first. Altho the 2rooms were why I chose to try again, I will never stay at one, no matter where I travel.

All buildings were separate and had to walk outside to get to main lobby.

Good value and close enough to Air Zoo!

Left my pillow accidentally in the hotel room. The front desk person, Matt, i believe his name was, held it for me to pickup. So, thank you!

Coffee Maker and Toaster did not work. Called front desk Wednesday, Feb 22nd, morning about it but the matter was not resolved.

we were in town for a family reunion. we will look for other accommodations elsewhere next year.

would not consider ever staying here again.

Shelby at the front desk was amazing.

the property was dirty and lots of guest smoking both cigarettes and pot in the rooms. first room I started in smelled like weed really bad. second room I was put in was dirty, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been clean.

The location was good.

The pillows were worn and flat. The plumbing was horrible (brown and foggy water), the sink would not completely turn off and dripped all night and the carpet was filthy.

We'll be back

I liked that we had our own private space and were able to bring our dog. There was a terrible snow storm, but the driveway, parking lot, and walkways were always cleared. Our car was even kept snow free. We were so impressed! We will definitely be back.

Very happy with everything!

I leave my wristwatch and new socks and they sent me by fedex next day. I feel very happy because the watch belonged to my father who passed away last year and has a great sentimental value for me.

The staff is AMAZING. My Ac was out in my room but they went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable

Had a couple complaints

Very friendly staff in a quiet location close to main area were all the shopping centers were.

1. When I got there to check in they hit me with a $250 holding fee which was not on the website or yours.😢 then when I got to my room clean but the sheets and pillow cases were dirty but they brought all new stuff to us when we complained

The room was great

It was great

The check in was sketchy . Kevin was on and the hotel was overbooked. It appeared that he was understaffed and needed to relocate people to a different hotel we waited for one hour to check in

Nice, but expensive pet fee!

The rooms were large and comfortable. Very quiet.

There is a $75 pet fee that we weren't aware of until we checked in. If you're bringing a pet, definitely factor that in!

The room set up is very spacious.

We were woken up at 5:26 by the front desk lady talking extremely loud on the phone. Surely we can’t be the first to bring it to their attention that it echoes to the rooms above the lobby.
