We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many hotels. I always give them a score in my mind. Your hotel almost hit the top score. I love the lighting in the bathroom by the mirror for putting on makeup, the shower was simple and easy to work and the shower head was not straight overhead. There were LOTS of outlets to charge up everything, the beds were clean and comfortable, the blankets were not too heavy, the thermostat was so easy to use...even in the night. The only thing I can think of that I would add, is a clock. I can imagine some people don't like that but I love being able to look up in the night to see what time it is. It was really nice to have two water bottles and a snack without having to pay extra. Breakfast was great. I also like it that you provide hot chocolate for your guests at anytime, not just at breakfast.
Your workers were just great. It was so nice to have a laundry with two washers and two dryers. I just kept telling my husband that "I really like this hotel". The room was not crowded and we both had plenty of room on the side of the bed. It was clean and in a pretty and easily accessible location. Thank you for all the extras and trying to make it as nice as possible.
The cookies were a little burnt. A coin machine in the laundry would have been nice.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and my room was very clean which was the most important thing. I would highly recommend this place to anybody!

rooms were adequate, clean and roomy.
could hear other people next door when ac was off. pool was closed. breakfast was ok but nothing special.
