The property was clean and quiet.
The hot tub was unavailable during our stay due to maintenance.

It was clean enough - no problems that way. The spigot/faucet in the bathroom was not working and then fell apart - I had to take a cold shower the first day. I fixed it as much as possible in order to get hot water on day two.
Staff were dismissive and rude. Also made negative comments about other staff; unprofessional.

Food was fine. Location was fine.
When we walked in the room, it looked like the beds had been slept in. Turns out they were just lumpy. The shower curtain was barely hanging on to the wall. Tub didn't drain. Staff didn't seem happy to work there.
